La trotteuse flamboyante

In a bucolic hamlet, just steps from the national forest (access at the end of the property) and just 20 minutes from the Baie de Somme, we offer "La trotteuse Flamboyante." A 37 m² gîte, located near the owners' house and adjoining another gîte. This spacious accommodation is ideal for families with young children. The entrance opens onto the living-dining room, followed by the fully equipped open-plan kitchen area: electric hob, small appliances (refrigerator/freezer, electric and microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), cooking utensils, and dishes. This gîte is equipped with a dishwasher (tablets not included). A television is available for your use. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, a first landing bedroom (safety gate at the top of the stairs) has two single beds, and the second bedroom has a double bed. On the private terrace, we have installed garden furniture and a stone barbecue (charcoal not provided) overlooking the shared (unfenced) garden of approximately 3,000 m². Animals on the property: poultry, goats, small flock of sheep, donkeys, and ponies. In our reception chalet, you will find various board games, a small library, racket games, pétanque, books, etc., as well as various documentation to complement our digital booklet. Large outdoor parking (unfenced) reserved exclusively for the gîtes. Bicycle shelter available. Electric charging station 4 km from the gîte. Dogs are welcome (no cats) with a supplement of €5/day, payable directly to the owners on site (loan of a blanket, bowl, and information on pet-friendly sites). Deposit returned within 8 days.
