Facing the LARRONVILLE marshes, in a quiet and unspoiled setting, this 32 m² gîte is located next to the owners' house with a separate entrance. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen area opening onto the living room (fridge/freezer, dishwasher for 6 people). There is a small shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom (1 queen-size bed). There is a shared washing machine in a room next to the gîte. There is a private terrace with a barbecue and sun loungers. There is a shared enclosed garden (500 m²). Bicycle storage is available. Beds are made upon arrival. There is a second gîte at the same address. Parking is permitted for one vehicle per rental in the property's courtyard. Other vehicles, as well as guest cars, must be parked outside on the street in front of the property, without obstructing vehicle exits. Four electric vehicle charging points are located in the village, 2 km away.
