Reiki

Reiki is a treatment that reharmonizes the circulation of body energy, deep and soothing.

It is based on a traditional Japanese method of channelling energy, which is released by the hands of the Reiki practitioner.

Like all holistic treatments, Reiki is a natural healing aid, taking into account the totality of the human being:

Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body (or body-mind).

Foot reflexology

Based on the 5 elements in traditional Chinese medicine, Foot Reflexology treats certain pathologies, stress, depression, joint diseases, body tensions..., from a very specific foot massage. Thanks to this massage of precise points of the feet and the arch of the foot in particular, the desired zones of the body are stimulated or soothed, in order to regain a balance of the body's Qi, and a well-being of the body and the spirit.

Both are composed of tonic and energetic manoeuvres, each in its own way provides a rapid, long-lasting and effective relaxation and dynamisation.
