Isabelle and Bruno Flasque are delighted to welcome you from Tuesday to Sunday lunchtime in their beautiful Picardy house near Le Crotoy in the heart of Somme Bay, and invite you to savour their turbot, scallops, sole from small Le Crotoy fishing boats, snails from Le Marquenterre, salt marsh lamb in season, vegetables and herbs from the garden, and all the local produce they use throughout the year, with great care taken to maintain freshness by cooking them with delicacy and passion.
