GUIDED WALK "Picking and tasting the plants of the Bay of Authie"

FROM THE BAY TO THE PLATE Basket under the arm, in the company of Hubert, our naturopath, we leave in the heart of the bay of Authie for a discovery and collection of halophilic plants, punctuated with information on their benefits. Then it's time for a tasting. Enjoy the surprising flavors of the berry, iodized and invigorating! An ideal outing to take a breath of fresh air, discover the plants of the seaside and especially learn to cook them simply to reveal all the flavors. Equipment to be provided: a pair of boots, old sneakers or walking shoes, an outfit adapted to the weather conditions, a snack and a bottle of water. 26€ per adult and 10€ for children between 8 and 12 years The ride is maintained for a minimum of 6 people registered. Otherwise, the guided tour will be cancelled the day before the service and the latter will be refunded.
